corporation of the Taris Olive and Olive Oil Agricultural Sales
Union of Turkey.
Taris is the member of the quality program
of IOCC (in 2002) and is of the 33 laboratories, accredited by the
IOCC and is the only union capable of producing authentic territory-specific
olive oils which differ in their aromatic attributes. Further, Prolive
is proud to emphasize that Taris is the only Turkish organic olive
oil producer with this certification of the International Organic
Product Regulatory Organization ECOCERT. |
